OUR UNIQUE SERVICE STANDARDS
What sets Sea Breeze Pool Services apart from its competitors?
Proper cleaning preserves your pool’s equipment & finish. Sea Breeze pool techs will remove surface debris with a net and brush the entire pool using the appropriate brush for your pool’s surface, strong enough to remove algae without scratching the pool’s finish. The pool’s tiles will be cleaned with the same attention and care. Skimmer and pump basket will be cleared of leaf and debris and the pool filter backwashed and cleaned. Finally, the pool will be vacuumed as needed.
Sea Breeze Pool Services is also a Certified Stain Specialist. Pool technicians have been trained to identify & removal unsightly swimming pool stains—including stain prevention.
Water test performed by pool supply companies tend to be primary at best. Furthermore, pool supply shops are in the business of selling as many chemical products to pool owners—sometimes leading to overdose. Sea Breeze’s Pool technicians conducts a Third level testing —investigating for total hardness, total chlorine, free chlorine, PH, total alkalinity, stabilizer, phosphates, total bromine (spa) salinity, and other variables that affect the quality of your swimming pool water.
Each chemical treatment and service is careful and consistently documented. This sequential information gathering provides critical data to help technicians avoid chemical over dosage; diagnose possible pool leaks; identify environmental and/or seasonal variables, like excessive rain storms, that affect chemical usage and water balance.
Furthermore, the total volume of water in your pool is directly correlated to the amount of chemicals needed to maintain it. Sea Breeze’s Pool Technicians will conduct accurate chemical treatment calculations to avoid adding too much or too little chemicals; this can be harmful to swimmers.
Consistent service is critical in maintaining a beautiful pool. Sea Breeze’s Pool Technicians will be there each week--and on the same day each week. This helps customers plan events around pool service days and keeps pool looking sparkling clean.
Expert Mechanical Maintenance
Sea Breeze’s unique service standards were developed to help drastically reduce downtime and avoid replacing pool equipment prematurely due to improper pool maintenance. For example, in salt systems, salt cells must be inspected, cleaned and serviced every 90 days; neglecting this important procedure could lead to failure of a very costly salt cell. Improper chemistry balance can lead to heater and/or pump breakdown. Furthermore, Sea Breeze’s Pool Technicians are trained to inspect pumps, motors, filter mechanism, salt systems and heaters for signs of imminent failure. However, in the event of equipment failure Sea Breeze’s Technicians and preferred partners will ensure rapid response and expert mechanical services to reduce downtime.
